Bedding linen and towels are supplied. If you are staying for 2 weeks or more there is a laundry change available weekly for no extra charge. Please do not take the towels outside of the property, and please bring your own beach towels.

A welcome hamper containing refreshments on arrival.

Osme Organic body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and Faith in Nature hand wash in each bathroom.

2 x rolls of toilet paper per bathroom included.

Washing up liquid/cloths/sponges, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent.

Cleaning products should you require these at any point during your stay.

Use of board games, books, toys for children, wifi and an internet TV.

Cornflake Barn has parking for up to 4 cars, with 2 cars in the double garage and for 2 more cars outside the garage, so a maximum of 4 cars.
*** Please do not park in the main driveway, as the 3 other properties and larger vehicles need full access.

Yes dogs are very welcome at Cornflake Barn. Please note there is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed and they must be of a mature age and well behaved. There is a £20 fee per dog per stay. Please bring your dog’s bedding/towels, thank you.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is payable on booking.

Check-in time is after 5pm on day of arrival.
This is necessary to allow sufficient time for our full Covid19 cleaning procedures.

Check-out time is before 10am on day of departure.

During Peak dates, bookings run from Friday to Friday.
Off-peak has some flexibility, please contact us to enquire about specific dates.

A deposit of 25% is paid on booking.
The remaining balance should be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay.

However, if you have to cancel due to government travel restrictions or lockdowns (relating to Coronavirus), a full refund will be given.

If you cancel up to 30 days before your stay, you will be given a 100% refund.
For bookings cancelled up to 14 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.

Yes, we have WiFi with good connection and boosters around the house to enhance signal.
Some mobile networks are not as good for signal as others, O2 networks tend to work very well.

Most bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor.
The family suite containing 2 connected bedrooms is up a flight of stairs, on the mezzanine level.

We supply 2 x high chairs in the kitchen area.
We do not supply cots as we have found guests prefer to bring their own travel cots.

Yes, we supply a basket full of logs. If more logs are needed, they can be purchased locally (information in Welcome Folder in the property).
