Our favourite beaches
Wells-next-the-sea - 16 min drive - Huge sandy beach, Good parking (a little walk), beach huts for hire, dog friendly (restrictions in place), great café.
Holkham - 17 min drive - Vast dunes, dog friendly all year round (restrictions in place), horse riding (restrictions in place), café & toilets nearby.
Brancaster - 20 min drive - Wide sandy beach, great for walking and kite surfing, dog friendly, no café.
Blakeney - 27 min drive - Sand & Shingle, famous for seals & birdlife. Restrictions on dogs. Parking & Toilets at Blakeney Quay. Cafe's in the village.
Old Hunstanton - 28 min drive - Golden Sand & Grassy dunes, excellent for sunsets, family friendly and dogs allowed all year round. Great Cafe & the RNLI are often active. You can park either at the lighthouse for a longer walk, or next to Le Strange Arms Hotel for a shorter walk.
